Born in the San Francisco Bay Area and raised in Pebble Beach, Amanda has a strong connection to our local community and feels lucky to be able to call Carmel home.
Amanda obtained her Real Estate license in 2005 while attending the University of California, Santa Barbara and studying Business Economics. After returning home to Carmel, she began working with Mike Canning at Sotheby’s International Realty. Now affiliated with Carmel Realty Company, and together with Mike and Lynn, they concentrate on buyers and sellers of distinctive homes in Carmel and Pebble Beach, emphasizing properties that offer ocean or golf frontage or views.
Having lived in Santa Barbara, CA and Aspen, CO, Amanda’s experiences in luxury real estate markets as well as her attention to detail provide a perfect fit for Mike and Lynn’s team.
In her free time Amanda enjoys yoga (she is currently completing her RYT 200-hour teaching certification), swimming (pool and ocean – she recently completed the Alcatraz swim in San Francisco Bay), an occasional skydive or two and skiing (when she can escape up to Tahoe or back to Aspen).
